While ownership has changed, we want to assure you that Don Green will remain available to assist with any questions and help ensure a smooth transition. Our commitment to providing exceptional customer service remains our top priority.

Kimberlee Lloyd, the new owner, is also the owner of Charlestown Manor Beach & Campground. She brings the same dedication and passion to Bay Boatworks as she has to Charlestown Manor, ensuring that you continue to receive the same high-quality service and experience you have come to rely on.

2025 SUMMER SEASON MOORINGS

Reserve a mooring spot by February 15th and pay only $850.00 for the season ($200 off of the regular season price of $1050). Price includes use of dinghy dock and/or dinghy rack (first come, first serve).

Moorings are available for sailboats up to 37' and 5'6" draft. We have one mooring that can handle a 38' sailboat. Sorry, we don't allow power boats, steel sailboats or catamarans on moorings.

Bay Boatworks of Cecil County, Maryland is an extremely well-protected anchorage with 137 boat slips and 32 moorings for sailboats. Summer land storage is available for trailered boats with ramp access. Indoor and outdoor winter storage is also available for up to 300 boats. Our marina has been family owned and operated since 1928. Located half-way between Baltimore and Philadelphia, it is conveniently accessible from I-95. We received our Maryland Clean Marina certification on April 29th, 2002, making us the first certified Maryland Clean Marina on the North East River.
